LIMITED PINK PURPOSE DROP:

• As in previous years, we are donating 10% of the proceeds from this Pink Purpose Drop to the Pink Style Tour as a sign of solidarity, strength, and hope. 

  The nonprofit organization gives women with breast cancer a day filled with strength, confidence, and community through styling, makeup, and our bags, helping them feel comfortable in their own skin again.

  We have incorporated “La Perla” the flamingo, mascot of the Pink Style Tour, into selected designs. It represents community, courage, joie de vivre, and strength, because flamingos stick together and maintain their balance even in difficult times.

LEATHER:

• Handcrafted from high-quality Italian smooth leather. The integrated handle can be used as an extra short handle or simply as a decorative element. The leather offers a pleasantly soft feel and a natural look. Combined with the highest quality, it is also characterized by its durability and is perfect for everyday use.

• For light colors, we recommend using the Friiz Protector, especially on the back of the Main Bag and on the flaps. With advance protection from the Friiz Protector, any discoloration on the leather can be cleaned relatively easily using the Friiz Cleanser.

Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR; otherwise 4.90 EUR per order

Returns

You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns from Germany: 
2.95 EUR

Returns from Austria:
3.95 EUR

Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 14 days. Your refund will be issued to your chosen payment method.
If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card. 

Exchanges
You can request an exchange for the same product through the returns portal free of charge.

Complaints & defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect along with a photo. This will help us review the case quickly.
After assessing the issue, we will of course provide you with a free return label so you can easily send the item back.
