LIMITED PINK PURPOSE DROP:

• As in previous years, we are donating 10% of the proceeds from this Pink Purpose Drop to the Pink Style Tour as a symbol of solidarity, strength, and hope. 

  The nonprofit organization gives women with breast cancer a day filled with strength, confidence, and community through styling, makeup, and our bags, helping them feel comfortable in their own skin again.

  We incorporated the flamingo “La Perla,” the Pink Style Tour’s mascot, into selected designs. It represents community, courage, joie de vivre, and strength, as flamingos stick together and maintain their balance even in difficult times.

LEATHER:

• Handcrafted and intricately woven from high-quality Italian suede and embroidered flowers made of polyester yarn. The leather has a pleasantly soft feel and a natural look. Combined with the highest quality, it is also distinguished by its durability, making it perfect for everyday use.

• Since suede (napped leather) with embroidery is more delicate than smooth leather, we recommend using the Friiz Protector as directed for protection. Rain, grease, and liquids in particular can easily penetrate and be absorbed by the velvet-like surface. Be sure to dab it on or spray it, rather than rubbing too hard, as this could pull the threads.

Returns

You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns from Germany:

Returns from Austria:
3.95 EUR

Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

Complaints & defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect along with a photo. This will help us review the case quickly.
After assessing the issue, we will of course provide you with a free return label so you can easily send the item back.
