To ensure the stones and studs stay firmly in place, this changeable flap is made from high-quality vegan Microsuede (synthetic suede), as its material properties make it more suitable for attaching small stones or studs than natural leather.

MATERIAL CARE:

• The glitter foil is applied to the leather using heat and pressure, creating a durable protective film. Please do not use solvents or harsh cleaning products. These can damage the metallic foil like paint remover and cause the glitter foil to peel off. Light dirt can be carefully removed with a soft, dry cloth.

Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR; otherwise 4.90 EUR per order

Returns

You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns from Germany: 
2.95 EUR

Returns from Austria:
3.95 EUR

Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

Complaints & defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect along with a photo. This will help us review the case quickly.
After assessing the issue, we will of course provide you with a free return label so you can easily send the item back.
