  • Handcrafted from high-quality premium leather from Italy. The leather has a pleasantly soft feel and a natural look. Combined with its outstanding quality, it is also durable and perfect for everyday use.

Leather care:

  • For light colors only, we recommend using the Friiz Protector , especially on the back of the Main Bag and on the flaps. With advance protection from the Friiz Protector , discoloration can be cleaned from the leather relatively easily using the Friiz Cleanser .

      Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR; otherwise 4.90 EUR per order

      Returns

      You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

      Returns from Germany: 
      2.95 EUR

      Returns from Austria:
      3.95 EUR

      Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

            Family business 2.0. Founders and best friends Larissa and Uli have known each other since they were 13. Together, they spent years working successfully in the handbag industry at renowned companies. In 2017, they founded ZOÉ LU in Larissa’s parents’ basement: Versatile bags made from high-quality Italian leather. And so they launched the start of a true handbag revolution.
