  • Handcrafted from high-quality premium leather from Italy. The leather has a pleasantly soft feel and a natural look. Combined with its highest quality, it is also distinguished by its durability and is perfect for everyday use. 

LEATHER CARE:

  • For light colors, we recommend using the Friiz Protector, especially on the back of the Main Bag and on the flaps. With the Friiz Protector applied as a precaution, the leather can be cleaned relatively easily with the Friiz Cleanser if it becomes discolored.  
      With one shoulder strap and one short handle in the same leather color:
      • Long shoulder strap: 2 cm wide, detachable with light gold metal snap hooks, continuously adjustable length: 64-130 cm
      • Round short handle: detachable with a button

      With a removable leather pouch in the same leather color:

      • with a wristlet
      • with two zip compartments

      Without changeable flap and Chain Strap

      Returns

      You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

      Returns from Germany: 
      2.95 EUR

      Returns from Austria:
      3.95 EUR

      Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

          Founders and best friends Larissa and Uli have known each other since they were 13. Together, they worked successfully for years in the handbag industry at renowned companies. In 2017, they founded ZOÉ LU in the basement of Larissa’s parents’ home: Versatile bags made from high-quality Italian leather. And so they launched the beginning of a true handbag revolution.
