          Returns

          You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

          Returns from Germany: 
          2.95 EUR

          Returns from Austria:
          3.95 EUR

          Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

Together, they spent years working successfully in the bag industry at renowned companies. In 2017, they founded ZOÉ LU in Larissa’s parents’ basement: Versatile bags made from high-quality Italian leather. With this, they launched the start of a true handbag revolution.
