Returns

You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns from Germany:

Returns from Austria:
3.95 EUR

Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

In 2017, they founded ZOÉ LU in Larissa’s parents’ basement: Versatile bags made from high-quality Italian leather. With this, they launched the start of a true handbag revolution.
