Community Shooting: Gillian
GILLIAN
Today, we would like to introduce you to the first of twelve wonderful women from our community shoot: Gillian.
In January, we invited 12 women from our ZOÉ LU community to our very first community shoot.
We wanted to get to know the women who bring ZOÉ LU to life every day even better and make their stories visible.
During the community shoot with Gillian, we met a woman whose calm presence, warmth, and refined sense of style immediately make her stand out in the room. Her open, natural manner and her eye for aesthetics are simply unforgettable.
Gillian is 60 years old and now lives in Munich. She was born in Melbourne, Australia. Her life has taken her through many different places - from Australia to South Africa and Brazil, and finally to Munich. This cultural diversity continues to shape her to this day and is also reflected in her style.

GILLIAN'S PATH TO ZOÉ LU
She loves art, design, and fashion and has a special eye for colors, spaces, and aesthetics. She combines timeless basics with distinctive one-of-a-kind pieces, vintage pieces, or modern accents to create looks that always feel individual.
Professionally, Gillian works as a dentist at a dental and orthodontic practice in Munich. What she particularly values is the daily contact with people and the opportunity to make a positive difference through her work.
She also works as a Feng Shui consultant, helping private and business clients create more harmonious spaces and bring greater well-being into their everyday lives. You can immediately sense that same calm and balanced nature in her personally.
For her, too, bags and accessories are about more than just fashion. They are about expressing personality, highlighting different facets, and styling yourself in new ways again and again. Sometimes elegant, sometimes modern, sometimes playful or bold.
What we found especially beautiful was how naturally Gillian embodies style. Not to follow trends, but because fashion represents joy, creativity, and individuality for her.
