COMMUNITY SHOOTING

Every day, we work on new drops, products, and designs. But one question keeps coming back to us:
Who are the women who wear ZOÉ LU and what does ZOÉ LU really mean in their everyday lives?

Not as a defined target audience on paper, but as real individuals. Women with different life stories, ages, styles, and perspectives. Women who don't just wear ZOÉ LU, but bring it to life in their own unique way. And it was precisely this idea that inspired our first community shoot in January.

300 APPLICATIONS

We received over 300 applications. Video messages in which stories were told that stayed with us for a long time. And in the end, there were twelve women who could hardly be more different, yet were connected by one thing: They are part of ZOÉ LU and our wonderful community.

Over the coming year, we will introduce each of these 12 women. This project is our way of saying thank you to all of you and, at the same time, making a statement. ZOÉ LU is not just what we design; it is what you make of it. 💕


TAG 1: GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER & DINNER

On Thursday evening, January 29, 2026, the time had finally come. The twelve selected women arrived at our ZOÉ LU Store in Munich. Some did not know each other at all yet, while others smiled cautiously as they held a glass of sparkling wine. But after just a few minutes, a special dynamic emerged: Wonderful and engaging conversations, lots of laughter, and the sharing of their first stories. During the dinner together, things became even more personal. It was as if no strangers were meeting here anymore, but women who had known each other for a long time.

TAG 2: WORKSHOPS

The next day, the three different workshops began. In the styling workshop, they could slip into new looks and playfully experiment with different styles. The posing workshop offered tips on how to move naturally and pose expressively in front of the camera, while in the model coaching workshop, they learned how to walk confidently toward the camera and move elegantly through the room.

It was never about doing something perfectly, but about discovering something new, showing who they are, and having fun. Each person could bring in her personality, step outside her comfort zone, and simply be herself. And it was precisely this ease and joy that made the day unforgettable.

TAG 3: SHOOTING TAG

Saturday morning began with faces that were still a little tired but curious. Amid mirrors, brushes, and conversations, hair was styled and makeup was applied. Our photographer and videographer captured all these genuine moments, from quiet reflection to heartfelt laughter. In front of the camera, the women were simply allowed to be themselves, without having to pretend.

Between individual and group shots, encounters unfolded that made it clear to us what ZOÉ LU makes special: Women who support one another, inspire each other, and form a community that needs no explanation.

At the end of the day, it wasn't only our customers who were beaming, but our entire team as well. They were moments filled with gratitude, joy, and connection. A weekend we will never forget.

And the fact that her boyfriend took a photo of her bag right on their first date really says it all: For Isabell, special pieces are not accessories but part of her personality, and each one has its own story.
