Sunshine, the Drop of the weekend has us thinking about old dreams. Soft pink, milky lilac, pushy blue metallic, and the silver ball under which we dreamed the boldest dreams of our lives. It’s high time to reflect on who we were in the ‘First 13 years’. Stardust Memory, so to speak - even though that’s actually a film title. Our ZOÉ LU Memory, the handbag game of perfect pairs, is something you’ve mastered by now. As a Goldmember, you also know that these don’t have to be identical or tone-on-tone with us. Let’s play around with a few new (and comeback) options and take a trip down Memory Lane.

    Lilac

Kinda Unicorn after all. Were you still little when the unicorn was newly invented, or do you belong to the Lillifee or Sarah Key generation? There are Unicorn moments in every life. We bet your day will go differently if you experiment with that sometime. Just as brides have something old and something borrowed, there are also days that call for Unicorns. Imagine giving the PowerPoint presentation of your life while secretly wearing unicorn-print underwear. Lilac handbag flaps have roughly the same effect. Strong and gentle - 2 in 1.

    Pink

like Bubble Gum. Were you one of the girls who liked wearing pink? One of those who buried the khaki pinafore dress in the back of their own wardrobe in horror. Or was that a total no-go for you? For us, this color is also a reminder that no one should give up being silly sometimes. Daring to make a huge bubble of chewing gum on the shopping street again, even if it sticks to your nose. Buying letter beads (or stealing the Minis ) and making a motto bracelet. Why not do something great again with the little 13-year-old girl still slumbering inside you?

    Wow Blue

Play it like Kinda Royal. This color is truly magnetic. It signals the strength we had in the years when we felt like nothing could happen to us. Let’s bring back a word from childhood. Somehow cheeky, the sweetie. It should be an important reminder that being cheeky is still an absolute must today. Even if you disappeared wordlessly from judo class after three weeks back then, self-defense is everything. Speaking up loudly about an injustice, playing another prank on the boys, making an ego decision every now and then. Something like, ‘Date at the sandbox?   Sorry, I’m out, I have a massage and I’m sending Grandma today.’

    Kinda Royal

    Silver & Gray

Spacey Sunday, Summer Delight and so on. The classic color of our teenage dreams. Don’t tell me you spontaneously think of your braces. Disco ball! There we sat at 5 p.m. like strangers at our own birthday party. We had managed to get the living room darkened and were disappointed. The cool A. from class 5c hadn’t come, and besides, the absolute majority of the ‘Girls just wanna have fun squad’ wasn’t at your party of the year either. If you don’t understand what we mean now, you belong to the 0.89% who had that cheerleader aura and were even cooler than A. from 5c. No problem (anymore)! In that case, we’re telling you today: Just come along. It’s high time to dance the night away again.
