LEATHER CARE:

• For the metallic effect, a foil is applied to the leather using heat and pressure. As it acts as a protective layer, metallic surfaces do not need additional protection and do not need to be impregnated. Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR, otherwise 4.90 EUR per order

Returns

All items purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop can be returned to us within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Return from Germany:

Important: Swiss orders include a return label in your package. You do not need to register the return separately!

Complaints & Defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect and a photo. This will allow us to review the case quickly.
Following our assessment, we will of course provide you with a free return label so that you can return the item easily
