LEATHER CARE:

• Since suede (rough leather) is more sensitive than smooth leather, we recommend using the Friiz Protector for protection, following the instructions. Rain, grease, and liquids in particular can easily penetrate the velvety surface and be absorbed. With advance protection from the Friiz Protector, the leather can be cleaned relatively easily with the Friiz Cleanser if discoloration occurs.

Returns

All items purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop can be returned to us within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Return from Germany:

Important: Swiss orders include a return label in your package. You do not need to register the return separately!

Complaints & Defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect and a photo. This will allow us to review the case quickly.
Following our assessment, we will of course provide you with a free return label so that you can return the item easily
