MATERIAL CARE:

• The glitter foil is applied to the leather under heat and pressure, creating a durable protective film. Please do not use solvents or harsh cleaning products. These can attack the metallic foil like a paint stripper and cause the glitter foil to peel off. Light dirt can be carefully removed with a soft, dry cloth.

Returns

All items purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop can be returned to us within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Swiss orders include a return label in your package. You do not need to register the return separately!

Complaints & Defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect and a photo. This will allow us to review the case quickly.
Following our assessment, we will of course provide you with a free return label so that you can return the item easily
