Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ZOÉ LU GmbH, Osterwaldstraße 10, Haus H, 80805 Munich, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 1731709247, Email: shop@zoelu.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, properties and functionality.

Return costs in the event of withdrawal
If the consumer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, they bear the direct costs of returning the goods. A flat-rate contribution toward return costs of €2.95 will be charged for this purpose and withheld from the amount to be refunded.

Refusal to accept delivery
If the customer refuses to accept the goods, this will be deemed an implied exercise of the right of withdrawal. In this case, the provisions on withdrawal apply accordingly; in particular, the flat-rate return fee pursuant to paragraph (1) will be charged.

Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is returned to us for reasons for which the customer is responsible (e.g. an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or failure to collect it from the collection point), we are entitled to withhold the return costs incurred by us, in the flat amount of €2.95, from any refund or to invoice the customer separately.

No fault on the part of the customer
If the return of the goods is not due to circumstances for which the customer is responsible (e.g. an error in address processing or on the part of the shipping service provider), no return costs will be deducted.

No automatic withdrawal upon return
Simply returning the goods without an express declaration of withdrawal does not constitute withdrawal, unless the circumstances clearly indicate withdrawal (e.g. refusal to accept delivery).
