All items purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop can be returned to us within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Founders and best friends Larissa and Uli have known each other since they were 13 years old. Together, they worked successfully in the handbag industry for many years at renowned companies. In 2017, they founded ZOÉ LU in the basement of Larissa's parents' home: Convertible bags made from high-quality Italian leather. With this, they launched the beginning of a true handbag revolution.
