Shipping within Germany and Austria:
Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR; otherwise 4.90 EUR per order 

Shipping within the EU (excluding Germany and Austria):
5 EUR per order

Shipping within Switzerland:
5 CHF per order

Shipping to the rest of the world:
Your shipping costs are calculated in your shopping cart

Returns

You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns from Germany: 
2.95 EUR

Returns from Austria:
3.95 EUR

Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!

Returns from non-EU countries (excluding Switzerland)

Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 14 days. Your refund will be issued to your chosen payment method.
If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card. 

Exchanges
You can request an exchange for the same product through the returns portal free of charge.

Complaints & defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect along with a photo. This will help us review the case quickly.
After assessing the issue, we will of course provide you with a free return label so you can easily send the item back.
