  • Handcrafted from a combination of premium smooth leather and suede from Italy, along with a high-quality metal chain. The leather has a pleasantly soft feel and a natural look. Combined with its outstanding quality, it is also durable and perfectly suited for everyday use.

LEATHER CARE:

  • Smooth leather in dark colors generally does not need extra protection. For light colors, we recommend using the Friiz Protector, especially on the back of the Main Bag and on the flaps. Since suede (in the middle of the changeable flap) is more delicate and can easily absorb rain, grease, and liquids, we still recommend using the Friiz Protector here as directed. With advance protection from the Friiz Protector , the leather can be cleaned relatively easily with the Friiz Cleanser if it becomes discolored.

Returns

You can return any item purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns from Germany: 
2.95 EUR

Returns from Austria:
3.95 EUR

Important: Orders from Switzerland include a return label in the package. You don’t need to register your return!
