LEATHER:

  • Handcrafted from a combination of premium smooth leather and suede from Italy, and a high-quality metal chain. The leather has a pleasantly soft feel and a natural appearance. Combined with the highest quality, it is also characterized by its durability and is perfect for everyday use.

  • Smooth leather in dark colors generally does not need any additional protection. For light colors, however, we recommend using the Friiz Protector, especially on the back of the Main Bag and on the flaps. Since suede (in the middle of the changeable flap) is more sensitive and especially rain, grease, and liquids can be absorbed easily, we nevertheless recommend using the Friiz Protector here according to the instructions. With advance protection from the Friiz Protector , the leather can be cleaned relatively easily with the Friiz Cleanser if discoloration occurs.

All items purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop can be returned to us within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Founders and best friends Larissa and Uli have known each other since they were 13 years old. Together, they worked successfully for many years in the handbag industry at renowned companies. In 2017, they founded ZOÉ LU in Larissa’s parents’ basement: transformable bags made from high-quality Italian leather. With this, they started a true handbag revolution.
