Leather care:

• Dark colors generally do not need any additional protection. We only recommend using the Friiz Protector for light colors, especially on the back of the Main Bag and on the flaps. With advance protection from the Friiz Protector , discolored leather can be cleaned relatively easily with the Friiz Cleanser .

Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR, otherwise 4.90 EUR per order 

Shipping within the EU (excluding Germany and Austria):

Your shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart

Returns

All items purchased from the ZOÉ LU Shop can be returned to us within 14 days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Return from Germany:

Return from Austria:
3.95 EUR

Important: Swiss orders include a return label in your package. You do not need to register the return separately!

Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 14 days. The refund will be issued to the payment method you selected.
If you paid with a voucher, the amount will be credited back to the voucher. 

Exchanges
You can register an exchange for the same product in the returns portal, free of charge.

Complaints & Defects
If an item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact our customer service at shop@zoelu.com.
Please send us a brief description of the defect and a photo. This will allow us to review the case quickly.
Following our assessment, we will of course provide you with a free return label so that you can return the item easily
